Line the streets with food trucks, or pack the sidewalks with local vendors. Sure.
But how about a full-scale, handcrafted cocktail bar with the friendliest staff….who concoct the finest drinks, and have the coolest outfits?
They say a pop-up is a temporary business. But we made it into a permanent thing.
Now, we’ve been popping up since before pop-ups started popping off.

Markets
Christmas markets, farmers markets, night markets, pop-up markets. Markets, markets, markets. Guests can take a rest from the racks while enjoying a crisp, refreshing cocktail with their besties.
Concerts & Festivals
From Bass Coast Music festival to the private concert in your backyard, if there’s music, we’re there. And, so are our drinks. They don’t dance, but they get people dancing.
Dance Parties
A category unto itself. We’ve done pop-up dance parties in warehouses, back alleys, and empty office buildings downtown. Let’s dance. Anytime, anyplace. (Oh, we also know a few cool DJs).
Art Shows & Galleries
Artist openings and exhibitions — complement the ambiance of an art show or gallery with a bit of sugar from yours truly.
Client Engagement
We’re not saying tipsy clients spend more money, but customer appreciation goes a long way in creating brand loyalty.

We're all set to become your go-to hosts for a night of cocktail creativity with you and your crew. From office shindigs to house parties, holiday get-to-gethers, client appreciation events and beyond -- just give us the word and we're there to make a night of memorable fun.
WHAT'S COCKTAIL CLUB?
A fun-filled evening for you and yours where you’ll dive into the world of mixology. This workshop is like no other, you'll not only sip, taste and learn about different cocktails, but you'll also learn the basics - helping you curate your very own custom concoction. All in the best company!
We do the talking. You do the concocting.
In a typical two-hour session, our expert bartenders break down two foundational cocktails. Then, we hand you the tools, you select their ingredients, and we’ll help you craft your own signature cocktail.
Ideal for...
Any and every social gathering where good vibes, having fun, and mixing and mingling are top priority. Cocktail Club is perfect parties of up to 12 people.

What We Bring
A fully stocked back bar with unique spirits, fortified wines, liqueurs, natural sweeteners, our signature syrups and fresh juices and high-quality bitters.
What's Included:
Prices include all the alcohol and service fees, along with a charcuterie and grazing board.
